• Our website designs are professionally designed from the ground up to be fast, easy to use and navigate as well as search engine friendly which is very important for good search engine rankings. With all our web designs, we include meta content and keyword formulation for search engines and manual submission to the 5 major search engines, Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ananzi and DMOZ directory.

• We take a 50% deposit and ALL info before we start and the other 50% before we go live. Any info received after we started on the design will be quoted on extra.
  
  
• All prices are subject to sight of final copy (any info or photos received after we started on the project may be quoted on as additions). Please send ALL info and images before we commence with the project, all text must be supplied in Word,  images and photos should be attached to the email separately, please  label your images clearly and indicate in your brief which page they should go on.
  
  
• Photo's:  We need some big, good quality pictures for the graphic header design.  If you do not have any professional photo's that says what your business is about, please check out www.istockphoto.com.  These photo's are professionally taken.  You choose a few, send the link of the ones you like to us and we will advise which ones we can use.  Also tell us how many you are prepared to buy.  We need at least 1 large pic for the header graphic design of your site.  For the content area, small to Medium is fine.  The price is R12.20 per credit, so if a pic is 10 credits, you will pay R122.  These will be invoiced once decided on the photos so that we can buy it to complete the site.
  
  
• We kindly request that only one representative at your company is designated to communicate your web design changes to us, as it is difficult to modify web content to suit all tastes.  Changes will only be accepted by email.
